NortheastLink consists of a team of seasoned geriatric professionals trained in either social work or nursing, each of whom brings specific expertise within either the hospital, home care, residential or adult day health setting

Lisa Hooper

Director of Community Care Management for NortheastLink
Lisa Hooper

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Lesley University and has 20 years of healthcare and business experience. Lisa served for the last ten years as Director of Operations for a large home health agency. Lisa has worked with a variety of clients and their families to foster independence, offer timely support, and dependable care for those with dementia and physical illnesses.

Darcey Adams, MSW, LICSW

Darcey Adams

Darcey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Keene State College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University. Darcey has over 15 years of medical social work experience in a variety of leadership positions. Darcey presently has the oversight responsibility for the dementia-specific Spectrum Adult Day Health Program, and NortheastLink, a geriatric care management program. Darcey is president of the Massachusetts Adult Day Services Association and a member of the New England Chapter of Geriatric Care Managers. Darcey is also a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) under the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Jackie Buckley, RN, BSN

Jackie Buckley

Jackie is a graduate of St. Anselm’s College and has over 30 years of nursing experience including VNA, Adult Day Health, 10 years in Elder Case Management, and Assisted Living (both traditional and Alzheimer’s/dementia-specific programs). She is an Alzheimer’s disease educator and support group facilitator. Jackie completes clinical assessments and coordinates the care needs of clients by collaborating with physicians and other caregivers.

Beth Desrochers, RN, BSN

Beth Desrochers

Beth is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and brings to NortheastLink over 28 years of nursing experience with an extensive background in geriatrics and elder care. She is a certified trainer/educator for Alzheimer’s Disease and the co-facilitator for the early stage Alzheimer’s disease support group. Beth completes the clinical assessments and coordinates the care needs by collaborating with physicians and other caregivers.

Cheryl Wall, MSW, LCSW

Cheryl has a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State College. Before joining NortheastLink, Cheryl was a social worker for both traditional and dementia specific Adult Day Health centers. Cheryl specializes in facilitating caregiver support groups on the North Shore and makes responsiveness and supportive relationships her top priority for NortheastLink clients. Cheryl is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Melissa Levine, MSW, LCSW

Melissa Levine

Melissa received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Western New England College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State College. Her professional experience includes outreach social worker for a community rehabilitation program for adults with mental illness and a care manager for an elder service agency in England. Melissa provides assessments and supportive care for NortheastLink clients. Melissa seeks to promote a client’s independence and sense of well being. Melissa is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Georgia Stewart

Assistant Geriatric Care Manager
Georgia Stewart

Before moving to the United States from Australia, Georgia was trained as a psychiatric nurse. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental illness with recent training in Alzheimer’s disease. Her knowledge of mental health issues has prepared her to understand the subtle changes in mood and behavior in clients and to communicate these changes to the other members of the team.
